Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 21 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Konzul (the "Service"), an online preparation tool for the Hungarian simplified naturalization interview. The Service is operated by Nenad Blaženović ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Konzul is an independent preparation and practice tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of Hungary, any Hungarian consulate or embassy, or any official immigration authority. Feedback, readiness scores, and simulated interviews are educational and do not guarantee any particular outcome in a real interview or naturalization procedure.
2. Acceptance
By registering for an account, subscribing, or continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. You must be of legal age in your country of residence to enter into a binding agreement, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be compromised, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to facilitate fraud, spam, or harassment;
- upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of a third party;
- attempt to interfere with, probe, or breach the security of the Service, including through malware, scraping, or automated access outside of documented interfaces;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying models of the Service, except to the extent permitted by law;
- resell, redistribute, or make the Service available to third parties as a paid or unpaid product, or circumvent plan limits.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, interface, prompts, curriculum, question bank, audio assets, and branding, is owned by Nenad Blaženović and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service within your selected plan for your personal, non-commercial preparation.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (for example, your spoken and written answers). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and analyse that content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service for you.
6. Payments, subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are sold and processed by our reseller, Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Details of billing, taxes, currency, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are covered by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the customer portal accessible from your account or via Paddle at paddle.net.
7. Service level
We work to keep the Service available and functional, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Availability depends on third-party providers (hosting, AI models, payment processing), and features may change over time.
8. AI-generated content
The Service uses generative AI models to simulate a consular officer, evaluate spoken answers, translate between English and Hungarian, and produce readiness feedback. AI outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or out of date, and must not be relied on as legal, immigration, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on outside of your preparation. You must not use the Service to generate unlawful content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights, and you must have the rights to any material you submit.
We may filter, restrict, or refuse outputs, and remove or restrict user content, to keep the Service safe and lawful. Repeated or serious infringement may result in suspension.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and, if you wish, deleting your account. On termination your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive (payment, IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.
10. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nenad Blaženović from and against claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the seller is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of the seller's jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the in-app support channel. Billing questions should be directed to Paddle at paddle.net.
